Do I have to commit to a contract?
No. Cancel anytime from the admin panel. We refund any unused portion of the month you cancel in.
Will you take a cut of bookings?
Never. We charge a flat monthly fee. The customer is yours. Their data is yours. There is no marketplace, so there is nothing for us to charge a commission on.
I am switching from another platform. Can I bring my customers across?
Yes. CSV import for customers and bookings is built in. If your current platform exports it, we can ingest it. We have a free migration helper for the three biggest incumbents.
Can I take payments and deposits, and what does it cost?
Yes, two ways. Online and pay-by-phone go through Stripe Connect; Stripe's standard rates apply and are billed direct by Stripe to you. We never see the money or take a cut. In-store, you can plug in your own Windcave terminal at zero per-transaction cost through us. Either way Mahi Time charges no transaction fee.
How does the AI voice agent know my services and prices?
It reads the same database the admin panel uses. When you add a service, change a price, or block out a day, the agent knows within seconds. No retraining.
What about my data?
Stored in AWS Sydney. Backed up nightly. Export it anytime in CSV or via the public API. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
